The refund covenant (summary)
Tuition refunds accrue per hard gate passed on schedule — ten gates, fixed slices, paid out at program end. Slices earned are kept regardless of later progress. Exact percentages, deadlines, and the grace window publish with Cohort One pricing and are re-presented verbatim at checkout before payment.
Grading integrity
Gates are machine-verified where possible and AI-graded with human-review sampling elsewhere. Every AI-graded artifact carries a human appeal path. Eval-based gates judge hidden test splits.
Your work is yours
Student repositories live under student GitHub accounts. Portfolio publication is opt-in and student-controlled.
Fair-use of AI services
Client-sim, tutor, and grading usage are included within per-student budgets; abusive or automated extraction of course content is grounds for suspension without refund of unearned slices.
